This is where we meet to identify the individual needs ans desires of the client.

This is where we provide the client conceptual drawings to work as a visual aid. we then provide two-dimensional bid drawings to be used in establishing overall project budget.
BUDGET:
During this phase we are distributing bid drawings weai??i??ve produced, and meeting with sub-contractors as needed, to clarify individual how to get an emotional support animal scopes of work for all the required trades. we thoroughly evaluate each bid and choose all sub-contractors intelligently considering cost and quality. (we have a tight team, but always welcome referrals)
BUILD:
PERMITTING:
At this point, weai??i??re going to finish the drawings to be used to obtain building permits, and the construction process.
CONSTRUCTION:
There is a lot of coordination that goes on during this phase, as well as safety and quality control.
